CAMPUS EDUCATIVO DE CASTILLA Y LEÓN, S, A, and each of its members, have designed a privacy policy, establishing the adequate means and procedures for its implementation.

In compliance with the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, regarding Personal Data Protection, CAMPUS EDUCATIVO DE CASTILLA Y LEÓN, S.A. will only collect personal data voluntarily provided by the user. User may be aware that towards the rendering of some services offered via web, some personal data may be requested. Personal data of a voluntary nature will be collected by CAMPUS EDUCATIVO DE CASTILLA Y LEÓN, S.A. with the intended objective indicated in the Personal Data Protection Clause below.

In compliance with the applicable law, CAMPUS EDUCATIVO DE CASTILLA Y LEÓN, S.A., has taken the appropriate technical and administrative measures to safeguard your personal data. We have also implemented the adequate measures to avoid unauthorized access, data theft, illegal alterations and/or data loss.

User may at all time exercise her/his right to access, cancel, change regarding his/her personal data by asking explicitly in a letter addressed to Campus Educativo de Castilla y León S.A., C/ San Juan 42, 1º 09004 Burgos (Spain). User can also revoke the authorization given for the use or sharing of her/his personal data, without prejudice of the right of CAMPUS EDUCATIVO DE CASTILLA Y LEÓN, S, A, to terminate the contract or service, when the aforementioned personal data where necessary for the termination of the contract.

Personal Data Protection Clause

By means of this clause, user is informed that her/his personal data - requested and used by CAMPUS EDUCATIVO DE CASTILLA Y LEÓN, as a result of service contract agreements, consults, transaction whatever the means employed, including computer-assisted management of registered data, - are incorporated in a file property of CAMPUS EDUCATIVO DE CASTILLA Y LEÓN, S.A. , authorizing this corporation and each of its members to process data in the most suitable way in relation to the service contract agreement that will stand a mandatory nature.

User specifically authorizes CAMPUS EDUCATIVO DE CASTILLA Y LEÓN, S.A. to use her/his personal data in the service offer, service agreement contract and for marketing actions, of a general nature or adapted to her/his personal characteristics. The aforementioned marketing actions may be developed via email or any other electronic means of transmission as well as paper.

User authorizes data sharing or communication to CAMPUS EDUCATIVO DE CASTILLA Y LEÓN S.A. employees who may access them because of their collaboration and/or their labor relationship to the aforementioned corporation
